Services To Meet Your Needs

Living at Atria can mean different things to different people.  For some, it is simply the security of knowing that a helpful and caring staff member is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  For others it is a matter of having someone around to help with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals and getting from place to place.  Always, it is providing assistance when needed in an environment that promotes dignity and independence.

Safety and Security

There's no substitute for feeling safe.  Whether you're looking for a residence for a family member or trying to gain an added sense of security for yourself, it's important to have peace of mind.  At Atria San Pablo, we have emergency call systems in every apartment.  And, a residential care staff member is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to lend a hand should the need arise.  For residents who want additional reassurance, personal alarm systems are offered as an option.

Life Guidance

For residents who require extra support due to Alzheimer's Disease or other memory impairments, our Life Guidance neighborhood provides 24-hour care in a structured environment.  Life Guidance caregivers understand the challenges of providing assistance to those with memory impairments, and they encourage memory enhancement activities and daily routines that enable residents to gain a sense of purpose and accomplishment each day.

Transportation Services

We realize people need to get out, run errands and attend social and cultural events.  Because it's sometimes difficult for residents to travel around town by themselves, we provide scheduled local transportation to and from doctors' offices, banks, grocery stores and many other places of interest.

Housekeeping

Atria San Pablo residents have more time to enjoy life because we provide daily light and weekly intensive housekeeping, including fresh linens and towels.  Laundry rooms are located throughout the community for residents who choose to clean their own personal laundry, or we can provide that service for a fee.  Life Guidance residents receive personal laundry services as part of their lease package.

Beauty Parlor / Barbershop

Because there's nothing better than feeling good and looking your best, we have a full-service salon for men and women right in the community.  Services are available 3 days a week.

Wellness Center

Residents who need basic wellness guidance come to the Wellness Center.  Residents' personal physicians, specialists and other medical providers are always welcome in the community to attend to residents' medical needs.

Resident Activities

There's always something to do when you call Atria home.  Residents are always on the go, enjoying activities such as performing arts at the Civic Center, evenings at Alhambra Leverocks Dinner Theatre and shopping at The Avenues and Regency malls.  We also attend Jacksonville Suns baseball and Jacksonville Jaguars football games and enjoy trips to the Cumner Art Museum, the Science and History Museum and other area attractions.

Inside Atria San Pablo, the community is alive with energy.  Because time with family is so important, we frequently host family events, such as cookouts around our gazebo.  Regular activities include group exercise classes, Bingo, Bible studies, support groups, Bridge, arts and crafts and seasonal events.

Food This Good Usually Requires A Reservation

Food is an important part of everyone's life.  Sitting down to a meal at Atria San Pablo is not only an opportunity to eat healthy and delicious food, it's also a great time to catch up with friends.  That's why we serve three restaurant style meals everyday in our elegant dining room.  The menu is varied to reflect local tastes, and we even offer special dishes made from the recipes of former 22-Year White House Executive Chef, Henry Haller.  For family dinners, private dining is available for up to twelve people.
 

The Art Of Atria Dining

Just as the artist incorporates a variety of colors to enhance the richness of his paintings, Atria is known for its wide array of dining choices.  Regardless of your personal tastes, Atria strives to offer just the right food choices to paint a masterpiece of flavors across your palate. White House Chef - For more than 20 years, Chef Haller prepared his signature meals for the likes of five first families and visiting dignitaries from around the world.  And now, Chef Haller brings some of his Presidential experiences and recipes to Atria.   Celebrate The Seasons From light springtime vegetable dishes to warm and hearty winter stews.  Atria attempts to incorporate the freshest seasonal ingredients.  Just as the calendar changes, so does Atria's menu.   A Taste Of Home Nothing evokes pleasant memories like the aroma of traditional family fare.  At Atria, we encourage our residents to share their family's favorite recipes with us.  If you have a special family dish, feel free to submit the recipe to our culinary staff. At The Chef's Table Atria strives to hire the finest chef's so that we can provide our residents with restaurant quality cuisine.  Our chefs enjoy offering carving stations, stir-fry meals and other delightful foods found at the best restaurants.   Sunday Sundae We provide the ingredients, you provide the sweet tooth.  When it comes to desert, no one knows better than you what you like.  So every Sunday we open our Sundae bar and will let you build a treat any way you want.

Private Apartments

Because it's essential the residents feel at home when they come to Atria San Pablo, we take measures to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and secure in their surroundings.  We start by offering a variety of apartment styles to fit personal tastes and needs.

Atria San Pablo residents choose from three spacious studio and 1-bedroom apartment floor plans.  Most apartments have full kitchenettes and each one features a private bathroom and built-in emergency call system.  Life Guidance residents choose from either private living in studio apartments or companion living in studio-alcove apartments.

Residents are free to decorate their living space with their favorite furniture, pictures and sentimental knick-knacks.  We even welcome pets with proper veterinarian papers.

Common Areas

Atria San Pablo includes many common areas - inside and out - designed to accommodate a variety of activities, from casual conversation with friends to lively small and large group events.  Two living rooms, a library with a computer with Internet access and an activities room are located within our community for residents and guests to enjoy.

Our Life Guidance neighborhood boasts it's own spacious dining room, an activities center, a T.V. room and a private courtyard.

Tax Deductibility of Atria Fees

Some Atria assisted living residents and their families may be eligible to deduct fees for Atria services on their income taxes.  Qualification for this deduction is based on the resident's individual needs.  Atria does not provide and should not be perceived as providing tax advice to our residents, potential residents or families.  If you believe you may qualify, contact your tax advisor.
