Carpenter's Creek has served Pensacola seniors for more
than 19 years. Since 1988, Carpenter's Creek has been
setting the standard for senior adult living. The
two-story Victorian style building houses 95 resident
apartments plus a variety of community areas. Meals are
served in our newly renovated main dining room which has a
personal care dining room for residents needing additional
assistance. A private dining room is available for
entertaining family and friends.
Licensed through the State of Florida as Assisted Living
Facility License #7222, Carpenter’s Creek offers
independent and assisted living options.

dining room provide lots of options for private
entertaining. Carpenter’s Creek has studio, efficiency and
one-bedroom apartments to accommodate any need.

Our Care
Carpenter’s Creek offers several care options, each based
on your individual needs. Whichever level of care you
need, our experienced staff is here to provide the
personal support and guidance to maximize your
independence and help you experience all the joys that
life has to offer.
Assisted Living
is an option available for residents who need a little
extra help now
and then and is based on an assessment of the resident’s
needs. Provided at Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3, this
program offers residents assistance with personal care
services, such as medication administration, as well as
housekeeping and transportation. These services are
intended to assist our residents in remaining as
independent as possible for as long as possible.
Personal Care
is an option available for residents who need
individualized supervision, guidance and support on a
daily basis. This includes daily bed making, housekeeping
and laundry services, as well as help with personal care,
such as dressing, bathing and medication assistance.
