Care Management Associates, Inc. the parent company of FLAssistedLiving.com was founded in Clearwater, Florida in 1998 by Cynthia Ferrara, a Registered Nurse of 20 years. 

Cynthia formed Care Management Associates to be the patient and their family's advocate.  Centered on providing information and helpful services that are so often left to the individual and/or their family to handle, CMA's goal is to focus on the details so that an individual and their family can focus on getting better.
