Madison House was designed and built to provide the comfort, beauty and privacy you’d find in your own home. The innovative design provides private apartments as well as charming, home-like community areas for socializing, dining and entertaining. Private apartments are available in a variety of styles and sizes. Madison House is an intimate, single story building which makes all community areas easily accessible for individuals with limited mobility.

We understand that your needs and preferences are yours alone. At Madison House we partner with each resident to design an individualized, personal service plan. Our service planning process, which is unique to Brookdale’s communities, bases service fees on delivering quality service and care to each individual. This approach provides the best customer value for our residents because they only pay for what they need and want. These Personalized Service Plans are reviewed regularly by staff to ensure that we meet the changing needs of our residents. Our trained staff is there to assist with personal needs – bathing or showering, selection of clothing, dressing assistance, grooming, hygiene, mobility and transferring and dining assistance – around the clock. At Madison House, help is always close at hand.

Working with and caring for our residents’ requires special talent and skill. Individuals who work at Madison House must be professional, compassionate and enjoyable to be around. They must be passionate about serving seniors. We invest a lot of time and resources finding and keeping the right people to serve our residents. Staff mostly work with and care for the same residents throughout the day, so a bond of trust is established. This continuity is not only important for developing strong relationships, it is key to detecting changes in our residents’ health status.

Integral to life at Madison House are the programs, outings and opportunities we offer to our residents. Our philosophy is to incorporate not only resident’s individual interests, but opportunities that allow them to make meaningful contributions to each other and the community on a regular basis. Madison House offers nutritious, restaurant-style meals served by our trained wait staff, and our chefs are masters at creating traditional meal favorites plus a selection of fresh, flavorful dishes using low-sodium, heart-healthy cooking techniques.

We strive to offer our residents plenty of choices in their dining experience. They choose where to sit and what they want to eat. The dining room has extended hours for residents’ convenience. Meals are prepared by our trained chefs, using only hand-selected produce, the freshest herbs and spices, and the freshest meat and seafood. Madison House's chefs will gladly cater special events, even preparing dishes from residents’ own recipes.

A private dining room is available to entertain family and friends. Resident comments and menu suggestions are reviewed daily and are used to tailor menu selections
