Assisted Living

Presidential Place offers a variety of room sizes and settings in both the Assisted Living and Edna's Garden programs.  Studio apartments range in size from our Arborwood and Beechwood studios at 380 to 408 square feet to our largest studios which are Cypress & Dogwood at 432 and 480 square feet respectively.  Our 1-Bedroom apartments are Evergreen and Forestbrook ranging from 515 to 566 square feet and our 2 Bedroom Greenbriar Apartments are 1133 square feet!  Private and semi-private accommodations are available.

Presidential Place dining caters to your high expectations.  You will be tempted by a variety of appealing menus planned to satisfy a wide range of food tastes and preferences.  With each meal we offer special daily selections to please your palate, at the same time, supplying a balance for essential nutrition and optimal health.
 

Edna's Garden Community

Presidential Place offers a special group of apartments with services designed for residents experiencing memory loss, Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.

Our "Edna's Gardens" community provides the security, structure and attention needed in a pleasing residential environment.  Our atmosphere and caring as well as our trained staff address the emotions and concerns that may accompany a memory impaired resident.  We help ensure each resident's dignity and independence.

Our Edna's Garden Community Offers:

• Stimulating and secure home with familiar routines
• Private, secured outdoor garden and walking area
• Caring and nurturing staff with 24-hour access to a licensed nurse
• Activities and enrichment program that encourages involvement and recognizes the capabilities and interests of each resident
• Daily assistance when needed with bathing, personal grooming, dressing, management of incontinence, medication assistance and other activities of daily living.
• Case management, on-going assessments and family support
• Secure environment and emergency response system
