The Health Care Center with Savannah Court Maitland is designed for residents who require post-hospital, post-surgical, or more complex around-the-clock nursing care.  Staffed by registered nurses, licensed nurses, and certified nursing assistants, we offer 24-hour care.  Physical, occupational and speech therapies are also available.
