accommodate no more than 40 residents...sufficient to
foster conviviality, but still limited so as not to feel
"institutional". This less congested setting
eliminates the feeling of "too many residents and too much

Only 37 private suites
enables our staff to delivery the optimum level of
attention to service, assistance, housekeeping and food
service you receive at Savannah Grand. Earning top
accolades are the spacious resident suites, designed for
convenience and featuring natural light from a "wall of
windows". The soft, neutral tones in the rooms form
a perfect backdrop for your own furnishings.

constant care. Savannah Grand is a safe, clean place
where daily needs are provided by people who care.

Savannah Grand's Activities
Director hosts an array of get-togethers such as new
resident receptions, birthday/anniversary celebrations,
"wine and cheese" parties and holiday festivities as well
as offering a selection of recreational and social
opportunities. Everyone is encouraged to contribute
suggestions for activities at resident council meetings.
A Policy Of Quality
 When seniors become
limited in activities they previously performed with ease
and find themselves in need of some help...assisted living
can be a wonderful solution. It is important,
however, to recognize that conditions can change from day
to day, month to month. All ALF residents do not
share the same set or degree of requirements. Our
commitment to you at Savannah Grand is to provide the highest
quality supportive services in a caring, secure, home-like
environment.
Each resident at Savannah
Grand is encouraged to be as self sufficient as possible
within their personal level of comfort. Supervision,
assistance and services covered in the monthly rental fee
are available to all residents. There are no
additional charges for these services unless mutually
agreed upon by the residents (or their representative) and
management. Limited nursing services, therapy and
additional care beyond the scope of our ALF State license
is always available through home health providers.
We feel this simple, honest policy best servers your
interest.

religious affiliation.
