Located directly on Tampa Bay, Bayview Gardens Retirement Community provides privacy, 24-hour security and convenience. The enclosed community is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater. Bayview Gardens features a variety of floor plans and has the largest accommodations and the best value for the money of any retirement community in Pinellas county. Select from a spacious studio or one bedroom in the tower for assisted living, or choose from our garden apartment which feature efficiency, one, and two-bedroom villas. Apartments are unfurnished so individuals can decorate to their own taste.

Free transportation is provided for shopping trips, shows, religious facilities, and to your physician. Free transportation is also provided within the 32 acre campus.

Other amenities offered are housekeeping services, on-site maintenance, a full-service beauty salon, exercise classes, group parties, a beach house for relaxation or private parties, and happy hour every Friday afternoon. If you wish some quiet time, there are many good books in the library or relax in one of the many lounges or on the patios.

Assisted Living offers nursing staff 24-hours a day and will make physician appointments for you. We also have physicians who regularly visit Bayview Gardens for exams and check-ups. For you safety, a 24-hour emergency call system is linked to every apartment at Bayview Gardens.

Assisted Living - Inseal Tower Studio Apartment

Bayview Gardens offers Assisted Living in our eight story high rise building. Apartments are studios or one bedroom with two baths.

Our exceptional staff provides dedicated services to residents who required varying levels of medical and lifestyle assistance on a regular basis.

All Assisted Living residents receive the following basic service amenities:
